Ecosystem membership subscriptions (R149/month) can be cancelled at any time. To cancel, email agrisolvesa@gmail.com or use the dashboard cancellation option. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for the remaining days in a billing period.
If you paid via direct bank transfer, the refund will be paid back into the same bank account from which the payment was made. Please include your bank account details (bank name, account holder, account number, branch code) in your refund request.
